Taylor Lautner's fiancée will also be called Taylor Lautner once they're married, which will undoubtedly prompt confusion in the future.
While many of us would shy away from dating someone with the same name, Twilight's Taylor Lautner has done the complete opposite and will soon marry influencer and entrepreneur Taylor Dome.
The two were introduced through Dome's sister Makena Moore before making it official in 2018.
At the time, the 30-year-old actor was taking a break from work as he "wanted to take a step back and enjoy life and spend some time with my family and friends. And I met my fiancée out of it, so it all worked out."
Lautner proposed in November 2021, having earlier been told by his boo that she didn't "want anything special."
"I don't want anything big and grand. Do it in the kitchen," she added. Lautner did exactly that, proposing in the kitchen with his name in giant neon lettering behind him.
In a recent interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Lautner confirmed that his partner would also be taking his name. He also revealed that she was originally team Edward, so he should definitely keep her away from his Twilight co-star Robert Pattison.
"Are you into this last name? Cause we already share one name. So it's gonna be extra complicated," he asked her before adding, "We're literally going to be the same person."
They might want to get thinking of some nicknames.
