Who did Negan just kill?

That was the question on Walking Dead fans lips after a rather unsatisfactory season 6 finale. Last time we were with Rick's crew, they were at the mercy of Negan, the new big bad and leader of a gang called the Saviours. Season 6 left us reeling - the cliffhanger was, we knew Negan had just killed a member of Rick's crew with his barbed wire baseball bat "Lucille", we just didn't know who. But, some 20 minutes in the season 7 opener "The Day Will Come When You Won’t Be", we finally found out. And folks.... it was not good. HERE COME THE SPOILERS. NO TURNING BACK AFTER THIS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Negan didn't kill one person. He offed two members of Rick's family. (This is your final spoiler warning) First up was Abraham, who was the "winner" of  Negan's random selection and ended up on the wrong side of Lucille, as per the season 6 finale. But then, shockingly, Daryl made the mistake of punching Negan in retaliation for the loss of his friend. Now Negan warned his captives that there would be "consequences" if anyone acted out, and so he made Daryl pay by..... killing Glenn. So just like in the infamous issue 100 of The Walking Dead comic book, Glenn ends up dying at the hands of Negan. (In a particularly gruesome "homage", the final shot of Glenn is just like in the comic book - our hero lies with one eye bulging sputtering out the words: "Maggie, I'll find you.")
