People are getting emotional after the last ever BBC Bake Off episode

As we all know, the Great British Bake Off will soon be heading to pastures new.

The beloved BBC show is on its way to Channel 4, but there was one last chance for fans to wave goodbye to those who will not be joining the programme in its new home. Mary Berry will not follow Paul Hollywood to the new channel, but she was around for the Christmas specials which brought back some former contestants for a final hurrah. Presenters Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins are also set to leave, but both were in form for the festive episodes.
