In one word, epic.

As always, if you haven't seen the new episode of Peaky Blinders, consider this to be your spoiler alert warning. Look away now. In an episode which featured the emotional fallout from John's death, the Shelby family reunion and one of the most eventful funerals/bloodbaths in recent TV history, it takes a very special scene to steal the spotlight. Hell, we haven't even mentioned the introduction of Aberama Gold and that brilliant sequence in the scrapyard when Tommy managed to one-up his newfound ally/rival.  How interesting is that dynamic going to be in the coming weeks? No, much like last week, Steven Knight saved the best moment until the very last as Tommy finally came face-to-face with the man that masterminded the death of his brother John, Luca Changretta. https://twitter.com/BBCTwo/status/933454283923771392 Played by the Oscar-winning Adrien Brody, there was an assured, ruthless and confident swagger in Luca's entrance and every Peaky Blinders fan knew that something special was about to unfold. Thankfully, it did. Posing as a French businessman, Changretta gleefully toyed with Tommy about his expensive suits, the death of John and the fact that the Mafia can now get to the leader of the Peaky Blinders without him even knowing. “None of your family will survive. We are an organisation of a different dimension" said Luca as he dominated over Tommy in a way that was reminiscent of the sinister Inspector Campbell. Speaking with the BBC, it's clear that Brody is loving the chance to play this new character. "It’s a dream role for me in a lot of ways. I’m really grateful, Steve said he had me in mind to play this role. Interestingly, I’ve always found it odd that I haven’t had an opportunity to quite play this character in my relatively lengthy career. It leaves me wanting a bit more but it’s really fun to embrace. That’s the beauty of acting and the process that even if you’re playing a bad person, there’s an ability to have playfulness with a world that is vastly entertaining to watch but also to embody," he said. https://twitter.com/ThePeakyBlinder/status/933453652748062722 Well, we finally know that war is coming and that there will be rules - no civilians, no children, and no police. “I want you to be the last. I want you to be alive when your whole family is dead," said Luca. Truth be told, there's a believability in those chilling words and the fact that he has a bullet for every member of the Peaky Blinders. If the next few scenes between Cillian Murphy and Adrien Brody are as good as the most recent one, we're in for a treat. https://twitter.com/jamesmahon11/status/933454864725741568 https://twitter.com/SBienkowski/status/933497037626204161 https://twitter.com/DannGoodsonn/status/933531219618353152 https://twitter.com/JermzMac/status/933512260747780096 https://twitter.com/thomassdoyle/status/933487586412294145 https://twitter.com/KeeveMusic/status/933481087552106497 https://twitter.com/alexbramhill/status/933477800857784320 https://twitter.com/wayneforsyth/status/933470124400697344 https://twitter.com/FMHintsAndTips/status/933464104605450240
