Rock's original bad boy is coming back to UK shores.
That's right, Lenny Kravitz has today announced that he'll be bringing his musical talents to the UK for the first time in three years.
Regarded as one of the most iconic rock stars of our time, Lenny Kravitz is more than just a musician. Transcending genre, style, race and class over his 20 year career, this singer, writer, producer and multi-instrumentalist creates with a mixed pallet that includes soul, rock and funk, with influences going back to the 60s and 70s.
The four-time Grammy Award-winner - who set a record for the most wins in the Best Male Rock Vocal Performance category - will bring his Raise Vibration tour to the UK this June. Starting at the O2 Apollo in Manchester on June 19th, he will then visit Birmingham Arena on June 20th and finish at The SSE Arena Wembley in London on June 22nd.
Aside from the tour, Lenny Kravitz is also planning to announce some new music in the very near future - word is it will be ready for public consumption this coming Spring.
In addition to his 10 studio albums, which have sold more than 38 million worldwide, and tracks such as "American Woman", "Fly Away" and "Are You Gonna Go My Way", that made him a household name, this multi-dimensional artist has now got himself a major motion picture wallet. Appearing as Cinna in the box-office hits, The Hunger Games and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Kravitz can also be seen in the critically-acclaimed movies Precious and The Butler.
The Raise Vibration tour will be Kravitz’s first performance in the UK since 2015 and is set to be a show not to be missed, see dates below.
