Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson and James McAvoy are all about to go head-to-head
Plot's it all about?: WAAAAAAAAY back in 2000, M. Night Shyamalan wrote and directed a brilliant superhero deconstruction movie called Unbreakable with Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson. It was arguably his best movie, but didn't set the box office alight, so he moved on to bigger but not necessarily better things.
In 2017, hot off the surprise hit The Visit, he released Split, a surprisingly very good thriller with James McAvoy playing a man suffering from multiple personality disorder, one of which he believed to be a monster with superhuman strength.
At the end of that movie, we discovered that the story existed in the same world as the characters of Unbreakable, which is where Glass picks up, as Willis is on the hunt for McAvoy, and Jackson using both for his own nefarious purposes.
If Shyamalan can continue his hot streak, this Glass could end up being the surprise hit of the winter.
