Eagle-eyed fans have spotted a touching tribute to the god of mischief Loki in the new Thor: Love and Thunder trailer.
Following the spectacular release of Doctor Strange 2, Marvel fans are looking forward to the July 8 release of Thor: Love and Thunder, directed again by Taika Waititi.
While the trailer itself was a standout, with appearances from fan favourite Korg (Taika Waititi) and Tessa Thompson's Valkyrie, the most viral moment came in the final few seconds.
You see, as Zeus, played by Russell Crowe, has Thor chained up, he moves to remove his disguise. Using his godly power, Zeus waves his hand and proclaims "flick."
However, instead of simply removing the disguise, Chris Hemsworth, 38, is stripped of every piece of clothing. Editors did grant him a small section of blur because it's still a Disney production after all. Party killers.
Once the internet had eventually claimed down from the sudden assault of gleaming muscle, they noticed a peculiar tattoo.
It looks as if Thor has Loki's iconic helmet tattooed on his back, which is already miles ahead of the roses and clocks plaguing Britain. While Loki managed to avoid his death yet again in Avengers: Infinity War, he got his own Disney Plus show, which is slated for a season 2.
But poor Thor still thinks his brother is dead.

It's also believed that Tom Hiddleston's Loki could make an appearance, as Chris Hemsworth himself hinted at. But still, don't get your hopes up.
Reacting to the clip, one Twitter user wrote: "okay but listen it's gonna be so fucking funny if loki comes back in at the end of the movie or in a post credit scene or something when thor has this giant tattoo that says 'RIP LOKI' above another tattoo of his helmet lmaooooo."
"HE GOT LOKI HELMET TATTOO !:!:!:&:&:$;8:$," another wrote.
