While the early demo footage was revealed to a select few at the GamesCom expo earlier in August, the folks behind the game finally released a proper first look at the gameplay within Cyberpunk 2077, and expectations have promptly gone through the roof.
And not only is it an early look, but it is a full 48-minute walk through of a section of the game, according to producer Richard Borzymowski in an interview with Engadget, the entire game is now playable from start to finish.
This is a bit of a surprise for a game that was first announced in 2012, and many had believed would most likely be one of the launch titles for the next generation consoles from Sony and/or Microsoft.
That being said, there is still no set release date for Cyberpunk 2077 - the latest project from the makers of The Witcher series - but from the sci-fi first-person gaming you can see below, there is already an overwhelmingly positive reaction to what we've got our eyes on.
