It's getting cold in here, so put on all your clothes!
Joining forces with Diplo's mega bass creation Major Lazer and Canadian's third biggest musical export (behind Drake and Justin Bieber) Tory Lanez, internationally acclaimed producer Cashmere Cat drops off a visual for his new single "Miss You".
Filmed on an ice rink, the girl of Tory's dreams laces up her skates and puts on a show for the fellas while the track's rolling snares and bass pops paint a warmer backdrop than the ice they find themselves on.
Not actually donning a pair of skates themselves until the very end of the video, Cashmere, Diplo and Tory spend the majority of this intimate shoot riding around on an ice resurfacer vehicle - talk about riding clean. Riding two miles per hour so everybody sees them, it's not just the video girl that makes an appearance, there's an entire collective of ice queens who get their synchronisation on midway through too.
Cashmere Cat's (real name Magnus August Høiberg) debut album 9, is out now on Mad Love/Polydor Records and featuring collaborations with a who’s who of contemporary pop, R&B and hip-hop including The Weeknd, Francis and the Lights, MØ, SOPHIE, Camila Cabello, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Kehlani and more.
If you're not too familiar with Cashmere Cat as a name you'll definitely know some of his work. One of the most sought after producers in the industry today, he's worked with everyone from Kanye West to Charli XCX.
Best get your skates on and head over to Spotify and give this guy a listen.
