JK Simmons is 61-years-old - and approximately 61 times ripped as you.

The actor, known for playing J. Jonah Jameson in the Spider-Man film series and his Oscar winning performance in Whiplash - has taken on the role of Batman's mate Commissioner Gordon for the upcoming Justice League movie. If you were a fan of Chris Nolan's Batman films you're probably picturing Gary Oldman's Commissioner Gordon - a brilliant but very-much not ripped policeman. Simmons is taking the character in a whole other direction - adding muscles on top of muscles to the extent that he could probably compete with the superheroes themselves in hand-to-hand combat. Which is probably exactly the point. https://www.instagram.com/p/BGLYxMavvJW/?taken-by=aaronvwilliamson Simmons had already been in pretty good shape for his role in Whiplash - but his progress under the training of Aaron Williamson is jaw-dropping. This other photo was taken a month ago: https://www.instagram.com/p/BE1RkVuvvJl/ We can only assume that Commissioner Gordon's about to kick some ass.
